Louder Sound revealed that Fontaines D.C. performed their rendition of ‘Can You Feel My Heart’ for triple j’s Like A Version segment. The band created an innovative blend by incorporating elements from Nirvana’s ‘Heart-Shaped Box.’

The Dublin-based band displayed their versatility through this performance. They transformed the original track into an atmospheric, synth-led version that bridges different musical styles.

Blunt Magazine noted that the cover became part of Fontaines D.C.’s February/March tour across Australia and New Zealand. The band continued to perform their interpretation throughout the tour dates.

The band now prepares for their next venture. Their North American tour will begin in Seattle on April 17, though recent schedule adjustments were necessary due to frontman Grian Chatten’s health concerns.
