The vocalist discussed the current status of the project. He shared his excitement about the material they’ve been working on.

Kennedy also reflected on his confidence in the new material.

“I’m always kind of second-guessing…but I think it’s pretty solid and I’m pretty excited about that one,” he continued.

The confirmation comes as fans eagerly await new material from the collaboration between the Guns N’ Roses guitarist and the acclaimed vocalist.

Kennedy’s announcement arrives during a particularly busy period for the multi-talented musician. He has been juggling multiple high-profile projects across different bands and his solo career.

A recent interview revealed that the next Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators album is fully recorded and awaiting the mixing process. Kennedy confirmed that “all [tracks are] tracked” and the next step involves “getting in the studio and mixing it.” Mixing is expected to occur sometime in 2026.

The timing of this Slash collaboration update coincides with Kennedy’s recent work with Alter Bridge. Loudwire reported that Alter Bridge released their self-titled eighth studio album on January 9, 2026. This demonstrates Kennedy’s ability to balance multiple demanding musical commitments simultaneously.

Kennedy’s involvement with both projects highlights his versatility as a vocalist. It also shows his continued prominence in the rock music scene. The musician has been actively maintaining his solo career alongside his commitments to both Alter Bridge and his collaboration with Slash and the Conspirators.

The upcoming Slash and the Conspirators record represents another chapter in the successful partnership between Kennedy and the legendary guitarist. It builds on their previous collaborative efforts that have consistently delivered powerful rock music to audiences worldwide.
