The Tool and Puscifer frontman offered fans a glimpse into the album’s progress by sharing footage of his vocal recording session.

The update indicates the new Puscifer album has reached its final production stages as it moves toward the mixing phase.

This latest progress report builds on several months of steady project development.

A January report from 105.7 The Point revealed Keenan’s confirmation that the album was 90% written. Various instrumental parts were being tracked by collaborators at that time.

Metal Injection highlighted the project’s impressive lineup of musicians. Gunnar Olsen, Sarah Jones, and Greg Edwards have joined as featured artists, taking on more significant roles beyond supporting players.

The new material will follow Puscifer’s 2020 album “Existential Reckoning.” Fans can expect the release in 2025.

Chaos Zine noted Keenan’s busy schedule. He currently balances the album production with Sessanta tour duties, which include performances with both Puscifer and A Perfect Circle. He also maintains his commitments with Tool.
