Eric Clapton’s Daughter Ruth Confesses That She Had No Control Over Her Life For A While

Eric Clapton’s daughter Ruth Clapton took her official Instagram account to share a new post and revealed how the lockdown affecting her life.

Even though most people would consider going outside, watching sports events, concerts, and many more when they think about the coronavirus outbreak, it is so important to mention that lots of people have been suffering from mental problems.

One of the biggest problems in this period was dealing with anxiety, and Ruth seems like having a rough time overcoming this problem due to the lockdown rules. According to her statement, she spent a terrible day yesterday due to anxiety.

In the caption, Ruth mentioned that she felt like she doesn’t have any control of her life and showed how big the problem was. Also, she pointed out that this is absolutely the result of the lockdown.

Additionally, Ruth wanted to touch upon the fact that her life is going pretty well besides the lockdown and revealed what she has been doing during this period to avoid anxiety attacks.

“Crazy how different you can feel 24 hours later, I felt so anxious yesterday and like I had no control over what was going on in my own life. It’s all as a result of the lockdown as everything else in my life is going really well and I absolutely cannot complain. I shared my feelings on here and with my nearest loved ones. I made sure I got enough sleep and then I took charge over the stuff that I can still control.

I feel so much better as a result of opening up, exercising, getting out in the fresh air today, and also by taking the steps I could to manage how my day went. This lockdown can still days double do one but until it does, I’d like more days like this one! Love and light to you all…”
