Marilyn Manson Faces Another Sexual Assault And Abuse Lawsuit

Not a month goes by without Marilyn Manson being accused of sexual battery, assault, and abuse. To this day, over 15 women have come forward to reveal that they too have been abused by the famous musician and their traumatic experiences share numerous commonalities.

Everything started when successful actresses Evan Rachel Wood and Esmé Bianco revealed what they’d been through during their relationship with the musician. Wood had said that Manson started grooming her when she was a teenager and had added that the reason she hadn’t exposed everything before was that she feared ‘retaliation, slander, or blackmail.’

During an interview with The People magazine, famous model Ashley Smithline had given some horrifying details about their relationship with Manson and had accused him of physical, psychological, and sexual abuse. Following that, Manson’s spokesperson had said that there are ‘so many falsehoods within her claims’ that they wouldn’t know where to begin answering them.

However, it seems like Smithline does, as according to the latest news, the talented model decided to file a lawsuit against Marilyn Manson and seek damages for sexual assault, sexual battery, unlawful imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, violations of the Bane Act and/or violations of the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act.

Her complaint was filed on Tuesday in the Federal District Court for the Central District of California, and it includes some unbelievable and gruesome details. The shocking allegations of rape include being burned, whipped, and cut by Manson so as to be branded.’ Although the allegations and lawsuits increase in number, Manson still insists that they were all consenting adults.
