MGK has a daughter named Casie Colson Baker who was born in 2009. He shares her with his ex-lover Emma Cannon. Casie is really close to her dad. She’s been on the red carpet with him a lot and even appeared on his albums. When Casie was 12, she worked on a song for Kelly’s 2022 album with Pete Davidson. They did a spoken track called ‘Wall of Fame (Interlude).’ They joked about Los Angeles culture in the song.

MGK Learns From His Daughter

In March 2022, MGK was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and played a game called ‘Burning Questions.’ Ellen asked him what his daughter taught him. He said she taught him to make her favorite breakfast:

“I was always going crazy about her blueberry pancakes and I was like, ‘How do you do that? How do you get the blueberries in the pancakes?’ And she was like, ‘Yeah, just put the blueberries in the pancakes.’ I never knew how you infused blueberries in pancakes. Apparently, all you have to do is just pour blueberries in the mix. It’s very anticlimactic.”

In December 2021, the singer talked on The Drew Barrymore Show about his daughter Casie’s innocence. He described how he admires her excitement for life and hopes she keeps it forever. MGK expressed his willingness to endure anything to protect her happiness.
