George Lynch, the founder of Lynch Mob, announced the end of the band’s touring career through a statement on Facebook.

“Well, last night was our last show as Lynch Mob. We played Medina Entertainment Center in Minnesota which we’ve played many, many times,” Lynch said. “It was a wonderful sold-out show and everyone in the house was aware of the gravity and finality of the performance.”

“With the help of my old friend [Brian Tichy] on drums the band stepped up and bared our souls for one last performance,” he continued. “I’m going to miss my brothers in arms deeply. My band has always been a second family to me and there’s a bond there that transcends time and space.”

“I feel it’s fitting to turn the page on this chapter of my musical journey after 35 years of Lynch Mob,” Lynch stated. “I wish the best for Gabriel, Jimmy and Jaron moving forward and I look forward to whatever the universe holds in store for me. Thank you so much to all our fans for 35 wonderful years.”

The final performance represents a significant milestone in the band’s extensive history spanning over three and a half decades of rock music.

Metal Storm documented Lynch Mob’s formation in 1989. The band emerged after George Lynch left his successful tenure with Dokken.

The band released their debut album ‘Wicked Sensation’ in 1990. Wikipedia reports that while mainstream commercial success eluded the album, it garnered critical acclaim. The record remains a cherished favorite among rock enthusiasts.

Lynch Mob experienced multiple lineup changes throughout their career. Last.fm notes that the final lineup featured Gabriel Colon on vocals, Jimmy D’Anda on drums, and Jaron Gulino on bass.

The band built a lasting legacy in the hard rock scene. They released multiple albums over several decades. Their dedication to touring and musical evolution helped them maintain a loyal following throughout their career.
