Liam Gallagher has expressed concerns about information leaks regarding Oasis on his X (formerly Twitter) account.
“NME tell me who your source pots are that keep giving you info about Oasis and I’ll give you an exclusive interview about up n coming Oasis tour you can have it all but how much do you want it,” Gallagher stated.
“It’s not the lineup reveal I’m bothered about. I’ll reveal that to you in a minute,” he continued. “I’m more bothered about the line where it says a source close to the band and tour that really causes me a great deal of concern.”
NME recently published an article revealing the alleged lineup for the upcoming Oasis reunion tour. The information came from a source close to the band.
The leak controversy emerges as the band prepares for their highly anticipated reunion.
A report from Radio X reveals details about the 2025 reunion lineup. The performances will likely feature both Liam and Noel Gallagher. Former members Andy Bell and Gem Archer may also join the lineup, along with Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs.
The tour schedule includes performances across major UK cities. Shows are planned for Cardiff, Manchester, Edinburgh, London, and Dublin. This marks the band’s first series of performances together in over 15 years.
Recent leaks suggest Zak Starkey might join as the drummer for the reunion tour. This detail remains unconfirmed.
The situation demonstrates the difficulties of maintaining confidentiality for high-profile music events. Digital platforms have made information control particularly challenging in today’s media landscape.
