There has been huge news for the fans recently following Liam Gallagher’s positive tweet about the reunion of Oasis. Noel Gallagher had given an interview in which he put the blame for not-reuniting with the band on his brother Liam as Liam refuses to call Noel or his manager about it yet publicly words his thoughts in tweets instead.

More recently, Liam replied to a fan on Twitter stating that the fan is on track with his prediction, which was that Noel was just out there in the interview to promote his new album and rant about his brother Liam like he always does. When it comes to the Gallagher brothers, this is not the end of the current drama.

The fan said:

“He just said that to 1. promote his New album 2. to put the blame on Liam, like he always does.

Liam replied:

“You’re not stupid.”

The situation escalated quickly when Liam proceeded to tweet about his brother’s recent interview complaining about the lack of a phone call to talk about a reunion. He didn’t say exactly why he refuses to call him but intended that the blame for not reuniting was not on him. He said that Noel’s actions have ‘damaged’ Oasis and that he has a lot of making up to do to himself and the fans.

His tweet read:

“Here’s how I see it the little fella aka potato has done a lot of damage to Oasis as a band/brand he’s got a lot of making up to do not just to me but to you the fans the people that put us where we are today as you were.”

Fans were mostly happy but still confused about the reunion rumors as this was thought to be an impossible event due to the explosive break up of the band. The break-up was caused mainly by the tension between the brothers and since 2009, the duo won’t stop bashing and slamming each other in the public eye at the first chance they get. The current situation is particularly concerning, as their ongoing feud now has implications for the future of the iconic band. As the drama between the Gallagher brothers continues to unfold, fans are left waiting and wondering what the future holds for Oasis.
