KISS And Iron Maiden Are Announced To Be The Headliners Of Download Festival 2022
KISS shared a new post on their official Twitter account and saddened the community with another announcement.
As you might remember, KISS has been doing a farewell tour since January 2019, the End Of The Road World Tour. Unfortunately, the coronavirus outbreak hit the world and they had to postpone their remaining concert this year.
However, the outbreak didn’t end as expected and still continuing to threaten people’s lives. Because of that, the organizers decided to postpone the tour once again and announced the new dates.
KISS stated that Download Festival is postponed through June 2022 in England and said that they will be one of the headliners alongside Iron Maiden. Even though they saddened the fans with this announcement, it also shows that they care about people’s health instead of money.
Here is what KISS wrote:
“The Download Festival has been officially rescheduled to June 2022. We will headline the opening night of next year’s festival!
Friday, June 10th – Donington Park – Derby, England. Visit downloadfestival.co.uk for tickets and more information.”
