A 2022 interview where singer Kid Rock told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson that Donald Trump showed him ‘maps of North Korea’ during his 2017 White House visit has resurfaced on social media.
The video resurfaced just before the former US President’s, who was previously impeached twice, indictment where he is facing a total of 37 charges for his handling of classified documents and conspiracy with a top aide to hide them from the government
During the interview, Rock also recalled a meeting with Trump where the ex-president referred to the Islamic State terror group that took over parts of Iraq. He said:
“He wanted to put out a tweet. And it was like – I don’t like to speak out of school, I hope I’m not – but he said something like … and I’m paraphrasing – but it was like, ‘If you ever joined the caliphate, and trying to do this, you’re going to be dead.”
A Twitter user named Mr.Reynolds shared a snippet of Rock’s interview and shared that it had now become prosecution evidence; he wrote:
“Remember this; now it becomes part of the prosecution evidence. Tucker Carlson and Kid Rock having a big yuck about Donald Trump showing Kid Rock secret documents. And acting like it’s such a joke. These people are morons on top of being traitors!”
As it stands, Trump will appear in a Miami court on Tuesday afternoon. The former president recently told Fox News Digital that he will plead not guilty to charges connected to his handling of classified national security records.
