In a new episode of ‘The Osbournes Podcast,’ Kelly Osbourne revealed that her husband Sid Wilson did not want the baby to have the Osbourne last name. During the discussion, Kelly recalled the incident as the ‘biggest fight of her life.’ She explained:

“This is personal and I didn’t expect to ever talk about this but I’m going to. It’s the biggest fight me and my baby’s father have ever, ever, ever had, and probably ever will, [it] was over naming our son. I wanted our son to have both of our last names and he wouldn’t let me. We had a huge fight. I feel I was forced into doing something I didn’t wanna do and I can never ever forgive him for that but we can move on.”

Well, was she able to persuade her husband to let her baby her last name? She continued:

“So right now my son doesn’t have a double-barreled last name but after lots of eye-opening conversations and some couples therapy, he has seen the light and we are gonna legally change our son’s name to both of our last names.”

Challenges Of Being A Mom

The 38-year-old reality star, who had her first child with Slipknot turntablist Sid Wilson in late 2022, shared the challenges she faced as a new mom during an earlier interview. She told the E! News:

“I’m a mom now, I love it. It’s the best thing that has ever happened to me. It’s scary as f*ck because you don’t want to make a mistake. It’s all these little tiny things and these mistakes that you ultimately make because you can’t learn unless you make a mistake. It’s just unfortunate that you have to do it with a baby.”

Kelly Osbourne announced she was expecting in May 2022 when she shared photos of herself holding a sonogram.
