Jacoby Shaddix recently shared exciting news about Papa Roach’s upcoming projects during an appearance on KROQ. The band performed at Almost Acoustic Christmas 2025.

The Papa Roach frontman discussed the band’s progress on their new album and revealed plans for a fresh single release. The band is well into the creative process and maintaining momentum with their work.

“Well, we are working on a new album right now,” Shaddix said. “I’ll actually come back right after the first of the year, get back in the studio. We’re about eight songs into it.”

The band is also preparing to release new music for fans in the coming months. Shaddix confirmed the timeline for the single’s debut.

“We’re dropping a new single I think in February next year,” he continued. “We’re constantly working. We haven’t stopped and it’s just been a great ride, you know.”

Papa Roach has eight songs already completed and a single planned for February 2026. The band appears to be on track to deliver new material to their fanbase in the near future. The band’s creative output comes as they prepare for an ambitious year ahead, with multiple projects in development simultaneously.

Wikipedia’s list of 2026 albums indicates that Papa Roach has a new album scheduled for release in 2026 through New Noize Records and ADA. An exact release date and album title have not yet been confirmed. This aligns with Shaddix’s comments about the band’s studio timeline and their commitment to delivering fresh content to their dedicated fanbase.

Papa Roach will join A Day to Remember for the Big Rock Tour beyond the studio work. The Rock Pit reported that the California rock mainstays will tour Australia and New Zealand in April 2026, featuring special guests Landmvrks. This tour represents a significant commitment from the band as they balance studio recording with live performances.

The combination of new music, touring, and continued creative output demonstrates Papa Roach’s sustained presence in the rock music landscape. Fans can expect the band to maintain their momentum throughout 2026. The February single will serve as an appetizer for the full album release later in the year. The band’s willingness to tour internationally while simultaneously working on new material underscores their dedication to both their craft and their global audience.
