Hailey Williams Reacts To Paramore Always Going Viral On TikTok

Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams shared a post on her official Twitter page reacting to viral TikTok videos that included Paramore songs stating that despite they don’t use the application, they are always going viral in addition to stating that their fans are extremely nice.

As many of you might already know, there are a few Paramore songs that started many trend videos on the recently famous social media platform, TikTok. In the summer of 2020, there has been a viral trend on TikTok that included the Paramore song named ‘Fake Happy’ from their fifth studio album, ‘After Laughter.’

The users basically created their ‘smile’ under their face masks with their eyes only to be revealed that they all are fake once they took the masks off. Since the lyrics of the song ‘Fake Happy’ fit perfectly for the trend, fans used Paramore’s song for the viral videos.

Another song of Paramore that inspired a viral video on TikTok was ‘All I Wanted’ from their third studio album, ‘Brand New Eyes.’ The song was released over a decade ago and it is fair to refer to it as an understated song since it was not even performed live by Paramore on their shows.

However, thanks to a viral video that depicts a scenario of parents learning that their son is in a coma and dying, the best friend some up with an idea and plays ‘All I Wanted’ which brings the dying child back once Williams hits that iconic high note in the song, the track also came back from the dead.

Due to the fact that every once in a while one Paramore song becomes viral on TikTok out of nowhere, Hayley Williams shared a post on her official Twitter page stressing the fact that despite not being a TikTok user at all, nice Paramore fans keep making their songs viral, therefore, Williams thanked them in her own way.

Here is what Williams said:

“why is Paramore always going viral on TikTok? we aren’t even on there why are y’all being this nice what’s the catch?”
