Gene Simmons Says Bullies, Trolls, And Racists On Social Media Should Be Fined For Their Comments
KISS bassist Gene Simmons shared a post on his official Twitter page revealing an interview with Good Morning with Britain in which he opened up about what it should be done to stop bullies, trolls, and racists on social media platforms, apparently, Simmons believes that all those people should be fined in order to learn kindness.
As you may know, Gene Simmons is widely known for speaking his mind about important matters such as politics and human rights, especially on his official Twitter page on which he has nearly 1 million followers. His fans, most of the time, appreciate the fact that Simmons always tries to stay on the side of the truth and justice.
In addition to politics, Simmons also often claps back at online bullies and does not hold back when it comes to disrespectful hate comments on social media. It is quite possible to see Simmons replying to a hater who crossed the line with a proper answer.
During a recent interview, Gene Simmons opened up about this matter and revealed that just like every other press-related platform, social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook should also create regulations when it comes to racism, bullying, and online shaming.
Simmons strictly stated that those people who bully others on social media in addition to online shaming should be fined since we all should be kinder to each other.
Here is what Simmons said:
“We really have to fine these felons and make them pay.”
