Although Bitcoin was created by a person who used a pseudonym which was Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009, Bitcoin reached its highest popularity last year. Due to the global pandemic, people started to become dependent on technology more than ever. The difficult circumstances also led people to find different ways to earn money, and cryptocurrency became the most popular way of doing so.
KISS legend, Gene Simmons is one of those people who have been investing in various cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Etherium. As a very active social media user, Simmons posted many tweets about his current investments and gave advice about them. He answered a follower’s question about his favorite cryptocurrency and revealed that it was Etherium. Gene also retweeted Elon Musk’s posts, news articles, and the current value of Bitcoin.
Previously, KISS icon stated that he bought Bitcoin, Etherium, and Litecoin and mentioned that he will continue to invest more in the future. However, Gene added that he wasn’t a finance advisor. After the sudden drop of Bitcoin from approximately $50.000 to $30.000, Simmons posted another tweet revealing that he invested heavily in it during this drop and he believed that he will recover. Moreover, he suggested his followers do their own researches before buying any sort of cryptocurrency.
Here’s what Simmons wrote:
“Not telling you guys what to do. I am not a financial advisor. Simply letting you know that I invested heavily during this crypto dip. Do I think it will recover? Yes. Big time. That’s why I’m investing heavily. But always do your own research.”
