Ex-Genesis Singer Peter Gabriel Announces His Return To The Stage

After seven years, the former Genesis singer Peter Gabriel is gearing up to return to the road again in the new year. The tour will begin next May, and the setlist will include tracks from his forthcoming album. The singer took to his official Instagram account to share with his fans that he will be back with a tour in the UK and Europe next spring.
“It’s been a while, and I am now surrounded by a whole lot of new songs,” the singer said before breaking the exciting news to his fans. “I am excited to be taking them out on the road for a spin. Look forward to seeing you out there.”
Gabriel recently revealed that he will hit the scene with a new album titled ‘i/o,’ which is his first in over a decade. After his last album, 2011’s ‘New Blood,’ which included orchestral rerecordings of songs throughout his career, ‘i/o’ will be his latest project that will be a part of the setlist for his 2023 tour that will kick off in Europe.
The tour will mark Gabriel’s first live show outside North America since 2014’s ‘Back to Front Tour.’ Although there is no release date set for his upcoming project, it seems that the release date and the North American dates will be announced soon for fans who have been waiting for this long. In the meantime, tickets go on sale for European fans on Friday, November 11, at Live Nation.
