Dee Snider Warns Anti-Maskers Not To Use ‘We’re Not Gonna Take It’ As Their ‘Plandemic’ Theme Tune

Twisted Sister’s frontman Dee Snider recently posted a tweet on his Twitter account and objected to anti-maskers using the band’s hit song to justify why they’re not following government restrictions and said that he completely disagrees ‘with their position and beliefs on masks and the covid vaccine.’

As you know, Dee Snider is one of the rockstars who are the most active on their social media accounts, and he often uses Twitter to express his views on social and political matters. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Snider has been encouraging his fans to wear masks, follow restrictions, and get vaccinated.

However, Twisted Sister’s unforgettable track ‘We’re Not Gonna Take It‘ has been used multiple times by anti-mask protesters. In fact, back in September 2020, he had called out the ‘selfish a**holes’ in Florida who played the track in a Target store, while trying to encourage others to take off their masks. He had lashed out at the anti-maskers for using his song for their ‘moronic cause‘ and had stressed that they never asked for his permission to do so.

It seems like his warnings were not taken into account by anti-mask protesters as two people recently made a video using ‘We’re Not Gonna Take It’ as the background song in which they boasted about walking in Home Depot without masks and for dropping off flyers on the shelves which contain info on the government restrictions, the COVID-19 vaccine, and mask regulations.

Dee Snider retweeted this video and said that these people don’t have permission to use his song and added that he completely disagrees with their stance against the severity of the virus, their beliefs on masks, and the COVID-19 vaccine. He finished his message by saying that ‘they really need to get a hobby‘ and stop messing with people’s health.

Here’s what Dee Snider said in his recent tweet:

These people do NOT have my permission to use my song. I totally disagree with their position and beliefs on masks and the covid vaccine. They really need to get a hobby.”
