David Crosby Reflects On Elon Musk Making An Offer To Buy Twitter

CSNY icon David Crosby shared a post to reflect his thoughts about Tesla CEO and billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk’s possibility of buying Twitter on his official account. Crosby defined the situation as an exciting event full of surprises for everyone.

Musk recently became Twitter’s largest individual investor after owning a stake of about 9%, and the company offered him a seat on the board. However, Musk’s aim was more than just being a shareholder, as he wanted to purchase the whole social media platform. Musk offered a $43 billion unsolicited bid and $54.20 per share in cash, and he’s waiting for the company’s answer.

On almost every social media platform, along with Twitter, Musk is an influencer for countless people. Thus, this decision takes place in every news headline now. Many started to argue whether it would change the platform’s policies and features positively or negatively. As a very active user, Crosby also shared his perspective on this purchase offer after one of his fans asked him to do it. Previously, Crosby defended the CEO, a courageous and drastically intelligent person.

Moreover, the singer warned the businessperson about the oil and coal companies’ authorities who might have him killed because of his innovative ideas used in Tesla cars. Considering Crosby’s kind and supportive words about Musk, it’s not surprising that he doesn’t have any objection to his attempt to buy Twitter. He’s waiting to see what will happen when Musk makes the company accept his offer.

A fan’s tweet read:

“David, what’s your take on Elon Musk’s purchasing Twitter? Thank you.”

Crosby replied:

“If he does it, then it will be very interesting. I believe in him as a person, so we will see.”
