David Crosby Pays Respect To Neil Young By Saying He’s The Loudest Artist Ever

The co-founder of the Byrds and CSNY, David Crosby, answered his fan’s question about the loudest band he had ever seen live. Instead of giving a band name, Crosby shared a very familiar name who is also his former bandmate as an answer on his Twitter account.

As you have already known, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young was a folk-rock supergroup which was founded by David Crosby, Stephen Stills, Graham Nash, and Neil Young and produced iconic songs and albums together. But, because of their personal problems with each other, the band decided no longer to perform or create any music.

Recently, as a celebration of the fiftieth-anniversary edition of ‘Déjà Vu,’ the former bandmates separately had interviews with CBS This Morning’s Anthony Mason. Graham Nash revealed that his friendship with Stills and Young is going great however he can’t be friends with Crosby anymore. David Crosby also stated that Neil Young still hates him.

The reason behind this hate was apparently what Crosby said about Neil Young’s girlfriend at that time. Crosby added that he regretted his words but it was too late for a reunion. Recently, Crosby talked about his former bandmate, Neil Young in one of his Twitter posts. When one of his fans asked him about the loudest band that he had ever seen, Crosby said that Neil Young was the loudest person that he watched live.

Here’s what the fan asked:

“Who’s the loudest band you’ve ever seen live?”

Here’s how David Crosby responded:

Neil.
