Fans say it’s time to forgive Dave Grohl following his cheating scandal after he cooks for LA fire survivors.
Rock Feed recently posted a photo of the Foo Fighters frontman cooking for impacted people on Instagram and wrote in the caption, “Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl was spotted volunteering on his birthday to feed those impacted by the horrific Los Angeles fires.”
In the comment section, fans appreciate his behavior. One person wrote, “We all make mistakes. That’s life. Regardless, Dave is still the man.”
Another one agreed, saying, “Dave is still an incredible person, who happened to make a mistake. He’s been doing incredible stuff like this for decades.” One other added, “Still disappointed in him but this is a great start to getting back to Good Guy Dave.”
“Dave is f*cking amazing. He could have his head buried in the sand after this whole scandal but what does he do, goes out of his way to help those affected by a massive travesty,” another fan also shared.
In September, Grohl revealed he had a child outside his marriage to Jordyn Blum. Grohl and Blum, married in 2003, have three daughters: Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.
“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage,” he wrote on Instagram. “I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children.”
The musician, “I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward.”
Blum has not commented on the situation or their marriage. A source told People in November that she is being careful about her next steps because of how it affects their daughters.
