The details about Cher trying to kidnap her own son have been revealed.
The incident took place on November 30, 2022, and the recent details of it have finally been revealed by DailyMail. According to the court papers, the singer had her own son, Elijah Blue Allman, kidnapped by four men while he was reconciling with his wife on their wedding anniversary. The four hired men broke into the Chateau Marmont Hotel, where he stayed, and took him.
It was later made clear that she was concerned about the pictures she saw where Allman appeared to be frazzled in another hotel he allegedly lived in for six months. The singer tried to get his son into rehab, making it clear that he hired the men for the mentioned reason.
Allman collapsed on the pavement leading to the hotel, making him appear as if he was dead, according to a witness. The witness said of Allman’s fall:
“At first, he looked like he was dead, but he had, in fact, passed out. The staff picked him up and took him inside.”
It is understandable to see the mother’s concern considering Allman’s history with drugs since the age of 11. Allman stated that he initially looked for something to escape his past which ultimately turned into an addiction. He also claimed that his addiction came to an end in 2008.
Now, the singer’s son is understood to be in rehab in Pasadena, California.
