Brian May Shows His Support To The Deccan Traps’ New Song And Says ‘Truly Epic’

Queen co-founder and guitarist Brian May recently posted a video clip from a brand new song on his Instagram account and showed his support for his bandmate’s latest musical endeavor while saying that his band is ‘evolving at a frightening rate.’

As you know, Brian May is one of the rockstars who highly enjoy being active on their social media accounts. The famous guitarist often prefers to use Instagram when he wants to update his fans about his upcoming projects, share his views on rock music and musicians, and of course, show his appreciation for his devoted fans.

Just a couple of days ago, May had made it to our headlines with his support for The Struts who recently released their version of ‘We Will Rock You.’ Today, he applauded Queen + Adam Lambert bass player Neil Fairclough and his other band The Deccan Traps, for releasing the ‘truly epic’ song, ‘The Great Divide.’

Brian May said that they are ‘evolving at a frightening rate’ and that he feels very happy to see that his bandmate has created such great works. The Deccan Traps’ new song was also praised on Queen’s official webpage where it was described as ‘epic’ and ‘huge.’ The Deccan Traps posted both May’s and Queen Online’s messages on their social media account and thanked the legends for their support.

Here’s what Brian May said in the caption of his post:

This is truly epic. The Deccan Traps are evolving at a frightening rate. It’s so great to see real talent and innovation allied to such a grand passion. Proud to call them my friends. Gotta own this album!”
