Brian May Says He Doesn’t Want To Be Disappointed While Opening Up About The Prolonged Restrictions Against Covid-19
Queen guitarist and co-founder, Brian May, took his official Instagram account to share a new post and revealed his feelings about the coronavirus restrictions.
In the post, you can see that Brian shared a picture from his rooftop and enjoying the sunshine while starting his day. Furthermore, he wrote in the caption about how grateful he is about this beautiful view.
Moreover, Brian thought that prolonged restrictions about the coronavirus outbreak happened due to the mismanagement by humanity itself and mentioned that he is not optimistic about the situation.
Even though Brian sees the current state of the world without any false optimism, he pointed out that we shouldn’t stop dreaming about the future and encouraged the people who are having rough days due to the outbreak.
Here is what Brian May said:
“Upon my roof, with my pals. It’s been a while. I think we’re all feeling thankful for the blue sky and sunshine. Yes, I did miss most of it, because I insanely worked through the night until 7 am.
It seems my spirit is more or less permanently on LA time – but my body is anchored in the UK. Hope you’re all bearing up out there. I think the prolonged restrictions brought about by the mismanagement of our response to this challenge to humanity are…
Now wearing us down. I don’t like subscribing to false optimism – because I don’t want to be disappointed. I’d rather accept and make lemonade out of lemons. But … well, dreaming is allowed! Take care out there. The bombs are still falling. With love.”
