Brian May Announces New Dates For Queen + Adam Lambert’s 2022 Rhapsody Tour
The lead guitarist of the rock band Queen, Brian May posted a picture on his official Instagram account, announcing the revised dates for the upcoming Rhapsody Tour in 2022 in Europe and UK, collaborating with the pop-rock singer Adam Lambert.
Queen, with its four members, gained worldwide fame in the 70s as it was becoming the biggest rock band in the world with the success of ‘Bohemian Rhapsody‘. After Mercury’s death, Queen continued making music and making collaborations with other artists. Before collaborating with Adam Lambert in 2012, Queen was doing shows and tours with Paul Rodgers.
In 2011, May and Taylor appeared on American Idol performing with the finalists. A year later they scheduled a show with Adam Lambert and May admitted that even though the years without Mercury was a challenge, Lambert would meet his approval.
The band and the pop-rock singer have been collaborating for almost ten years. Even though the upcoming tour was delayed multiple times, May recently shared the new dates of the Rhapsody Tour on his Instagram account with multiple exclamation marks, showing his excitement. The tour will start on May 30th, 2022 in Manchester and end on July 18th, 2022 in Copenhagen.
