Alicia Says Corey Taylor ‘Was Hurting Today’ And Reveals The Reason Why
The professional dancer Alicia Taylor, who’s also known as Slipknot and Stone Sour’s Corey Taylor’s wife, recently posted a tweet on her Twitter account and expressed her sadness for seeing her husband in pain while sharing how she tried to make him smile.
Alicia Taylor is best known as the founder, manager, and director of the dance and performance group Cherry Bombs and she has been collaborating with Corey professionally for a few years. In fact, Cherry Bombs were featured in his new song ‘Live The Madness‘ with Moonshine Bandits.
Shortly after that, it was announced that Cherry Bombs will attend Corey Taylor’s ‘CMFTOUR 2021’ as special guests which means that the two lovebirds have been touring together since May. They are over halfway done with their tour but it seems like Corey Taylor has gotten a little tired.
In her recent tweet, Alicia said that Corey’s voice has been hurting and that her technique of making him laugh with stupid questions didn’t work today, so instead, she offered to take off her shirt for him. A fan who attended the concert that night said that the show was great but it was apparent that he was in pain and that they wished the show had been rescheduled for Corey’s sake.
Here’s what Alicia Taylor said in her recent tweet:
“Corey Taylor’s voice is hurting today. Usually, when he gets upset I ask him stupid questions to get him to laugh. Tonight I could tell he was feeling down, so I made this sign:
‘Want me to take my shirt off for you?'”
This is what a Corey Taylor fan commented:
“He was upset and looked to be in pain. I was at the show tonight and almost wished they would have rescheduled. It was an awesome show but I don’t like seeing people sacrificing their health for others’ happiness. Hope he feels better soon. And the Cherry Bombs rocked!”
