Donald Trump recently took to social media to express his opinion on Jimmy Kimmel’s performance as the Oscars host, labeling him the ‘worst host’ the awards have seen. Adam Lambert shared his thoughts about the former president’s comment on Instagram Stories.
He reshared the critical post and wrote:
“Can this man stay in his lane? How is this relevant to the presidency? Oh, right… He’s a reality TV fossil. Anyone seriously considering voting for this childish criminal bully has really been brainwashed.”
Ex-President’s Dislike For The Host

Donald Trump turned his direction to the entertainment industry in the early 2000s as the host and co-producer of reality show, ‘The Apprentice.’ Ex-reality TV star’s critique on Kimmel’s hosting at the 96th Academy Awards read:
“Has there ever been a worse host than Jimmy Kimmel at the Oscars? His opening was that of a less than average person trying too hard to be something which he is not, and never can be. Get rid of Kimmel and perhaps replace him with another washed up, but cheap, ABC ‘talent,’ George Slopanopoulos. He would make everybody on stage look bigger, stronger, and more glamorous.”
About the event that aired on ABC, he added:
“Also, a really bad politically correct show tonight, and for years – Disjointed, boring, and very unfair. Why don’t they just give the Oscars to those that deserve them. Maybe that way their audience and TV ratings will come back from the depths. Make America great again!”
Kimmel’s Response Wasn’t Late

Not too long after Trump’s post, Kimmel addressed the review during the Oscars ceremony itself. Taking a minute to read the comment out loud for the crowd just before the last award of the night, he humorously replied to the businessman:
“Thank you for watching. I’m surprised you’re still… isn’t it past your jail time? He’s focused on the important stuff for sure.”
As he runs for the presidency again in the upcoming November election, Donald Trump is currently facing four criminal charges in four different cities.
