What Do The Fans Think About Yungblud’s Cover?

While some fans agreed with Stanley in the comment section, some others preferred the KISS version. One individual said:

“What an update! Totally impressed!”

Another one wrote:

“Although I prefer the original, this version is awesome good!!!”

One other commenter suggested Paul’s son Evan for a new cover of the track:

“Not bad. He screwed up a couple of times on the lyrics. I would LOVE to hear Evan sing this version. That would be awesome.”

Yungblud’s Cover Arrived Recently

Yungblud released his version of ‘I Was Made For Lovin’ You’ a few days ago on all digital platforms. The singer also shared it on his official X account, with a music video and writing in the caption:

“‘I WAS MADE FOR LOVIN YOU’ by KISS for the ‘Fall Guy’ out now!!!”

The cover is from the soundtrack of the new movie starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt called ‘The Fall Guy.’ Yungblud mixed the song with piano and pop-rock elements. So it is both for quiet listening and energetic singing along. You can hear the full soundtrack when the movie comes out on May 3. In the film, Gosling plays a stuntman who gets involved in a dangerous crime scheme. David Leitch directs the movie and it is a remake of a TV show from the 1980s with the same name.

Also, the original version of ‘I Was Made For Lovin’ You’ was recently in another movie, ‘Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.’ Yungblud prepares for his own festival, Bludfest, happening on August 11 at Milton Keynes Bowl. The lineup includes Lil Yachty, The Damned, Soft Play, and more.
