The White Stripes frontman Jack White is getting ready to swap his guitar for a script as he ventures into the silver screen once again. Jack recently shared the trailer for ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’ on his Instagram page, hinting at his cameo in the film. The upcoming feature is studded with A-list Hollywood stars, promising to be an intriguing new chapter in White’s acting career.
Taking to Instagram, Jack shared the film’s trailer with his followers, also dropping the news that the movie will hit theaters on October 6. In his post, he said the film’s narrative draws from David Grann’s best-selling book set in 1920s Oklahoma. Given his love for the bygone era, fans weren’t surprised that he was eager to join this cinematic voyage into the past.
According to White’s Instagram post, ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’ is directed by none other than Martin Scorsese and features big names in the industry, such as Brendan Fraser, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Robert DeNiro. It’s no small feat to share the frame with these cinematic titans, and it’s for sure that Jack is thrilled with this opportunity.
Jack White’s last appearance was in 2018’s ‘Jack White: Kneeling at The Anthem D.C.’ where he played himself. But ‘Killers Of The Flower Moon’ will probably be a different kind of venture. Known mostly for playing himself in his film roles, this new movie is an exciting chance for Jack White’s fans to see him in a whole new light, under the guidance of Martin Scorsese.
