The Police Report About David Ellefson’s Leaked Masturbation Video Scandal
The police report on the sex scandal that Megadeth’s former bassist David Ellefson was involved in has been surfaced recently with new details about the incident. According to the police report obtained by Rolling Stone, Ellefson has worked with the Scottsdale police to press charges on the revenge pornography case to be filed against the person who leaked the video.
As you may know, David Ellefson has been dealing with allegations that were made against him about his involvement in a sex scandal with an underage girl. He was accused of being a pedophile and child grooming when his conversations and masturbation video leaked. Although the female involved said she had consent, Ellefson faced heavy criticism from the community. After all of these controversial happenings, Megadeth decided to part ways with David Ellefson last month.
In a police report recently obtained by Rolling Stone, the details about the scandal have surfaced. In the report, Ellefson admitted that he had been sexting with a Dutch teenager who he had first met when he was signing autographs in Holland in 2019. The female shared these conversations in a video she recorded with her friends without Ellefson’s consent, and the video eventually has leaked.
The police department with which Ellefson worked has confirmed that the woman is 19 years old, and Ellefson is after pressing charges against the person who leaked the videos. He is said to present her driver’s license to prove she was the age of consent and shared the screenshots from the apps used for the conversations. Ellefson then claimed the conversation turned sexual after their second meeting, and they started masturbating together via Facebook Messenger.
As the report adds:
“He stated they had about four to five masturbating encounters. The last online sexual encounter was around February 2021. [Ellefson’s partner] admitted to Mr. Ellefson that she had recorded two to three videos of him masturbating without his consent or knowledge.”
Then the report continues:
“[Ellefson’s partner] admitted that she had shared the video with some friends but wasn’t sure how it got leaked out to others.
She was remorseful and agreed to send out a social media statement on her Instagram account that she had been a willing consenting adult during their mutual virtual sexual encounter.
[Ellefson] stated [the fan] has not extorted him in any way, so he believes he is not the originator(s) of the social media posts making the allegations.”
