Ted Nugent Warns: ‘Never Forget What Gene Simmons Said’

Ted Nugent has posted a critical response on X (formerly Twitter). His post addresses a previous statement by KISS bassist Gene Simmons about unvaccinated individuals.

“You are willing to walk among us unvaccinated, you are the enemy,” Simmons had stated in his previous comment.

“Never let them forget what they said,” Nugent wrote in his recent social media post.

Nugent’s post includes an image of Simmons’ vaccination-related statement. He added his own critical commentary urging people to remember these remarks.

This exchange spotlights the ongoing disagreement between the two rock musicians over COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Blabbermouth reported Nugent’s consistent opposition to COVID-19 vaccines. He has repeatedly called them ‘experimental shots’ rather than vaccines.

Simmons made his original comments during a TalkShopLive’s Rock ‘N’ Roll channel appearance. Metal Addicts noted the statement’s connection to the KISS Kruise. The cruise required mandatory vaccination for all guests. Several people were denied entry due to this policy.

American Songwriter revealed that Simmons later tested positive for COVID-19. This breakthrough case occurred despite his vaccination status. The diagnosis forced KISS to postpone several tour dates.

Nugent had previously criticized Simmons’ position. He described the KISS bassist’s views as ‘not truth, logic, and common sense.’ This response highlights their continued disagreement on the issue.
