Ted Nugent shared a new video on his YouTube account where he claimed he scared and confronted ATF, also known as ‘Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.’ In the short video titled ‘I Confronted The ATF,’ he said:
“I went by a big exhibit that said ‘Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms,’ and I said, ‘Hey, hang on a second, I’m gonna visit these guys.’ They’re in nice, quite groomed three suits. I said, ‘Gentlemen, what in the hell does ‘Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms’ have to do anything? And I was wondering who the hell do you think you are that you have authority over an agriculture product, a beverage and my God-given guarantee to keep being in arms.'”
Nugent then mentioned an earlier activism example and continued to explain how he ‘scared the living sh*t out of them’:
“‘You can’t possibly think you have authority over that. Now, gather your thoughts and give it your best shot to answer me. How do you believe you have authority over alcohol, tobacco, and firearms? Let me give you a little tip: You don’t! I’m Rosa Parks, that’s a bus seat, I get to sit on it. You might wanna take the bedding off your head and try to act like a human being.’ We’ll get more into this because it was awesome. I scared the living sh*t out of these brain-dead, brainwashed zombies at the ATF.”
Nugent’s Earlier Comments On ATF
Nugent, known for endorsing right-wing acts, has openly expressed his animosity towards the ATF in the past. However, this time, his criticism extended beyond the ATF. He also directed some words of disdain towards the FBI and DEA:
“Hey ATF, f*ck you! Are we gonna edit any of this today, I’m gonna tell you, I have had it with these Jack booted thugs. By the way, here’s the summation: Hey ETF, you’re not a lawmaking agency, you’re a law enforcement agency that shouldn’t even exist. We should get rid of the ATF. We should get rid of the FBI. We should get rid of the DEA, because you’re wasting my f*cking money, and you’re not accomplishing sh*t. We’ve spent trillions of dollars with you goofballs and all the problems you’re supposed to correct are worse now than when you started.”
