This new venture marks several milestone anniversaries in Corgan’s musical legacy.

AXS revealed tour details for ‘A Return to Zero.’ The performances will take place across major cities including Baltimore, Boston, Toronto, New York, and Minneapolis. The setlist will span multiple eras of Corgan’s work.

The project features a fresh lineup of accomplished musicians. Loudwire detailed the band members. Guitarist Kiki Wong joined Smashing Pumpkins in 2024. Drummer Jake Hayden brings his experience from Dorothy. Bassist Kid Tigrrr (Jenna Fournier) comes from the band Niights.

The celebration extends beyond touring performances. Blabbermouth highlighted Corgan’s collaboration with the Chicago Lyric Opera. They will present a seven-series performance of ‘A Night of Mellon Collie and Infinite Sadness Opera’ from November 21 to 30, 2025. This special event celebrates the album’s 30th anniversary.

The tour will showcase material from ‘Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness.’ The album released in October 1995 defined the 1990s through its innovative production. It features iconic tracks like ‘Bullet with Butterfly Wings’ and ‘Tonight, Tonight.’

Fans will experience music from the conceptual ‘Machina’ albums released in 2000. These recordings demonstrated Corgan’s experimental approach through ambitious storytelling and electronic influences.
