Roger Waters Says His New Tour Will Be A Stunning Indictment Of The Corporate Dystopia
Pink Floyd icon Roger Waters recently shared a post on his official Twitter account saying that his upcoming ‘This Is Not A Drill’ North American tour will be a groundbreaking event.
Roger Waters released his latest solo studio album, ‘Is This the Life We Really Want?‘ in 2017 and then launched the ‘US + Them Tour’ to promote the album. Since then, he hasn’t released any new album, but he has been still keeping his music career active with some occasional appearances. He will finally be back with a solo tour very soon.
Waters will embark on an extensive North American tour in the summer of 2022. ‘This Is Not A Drill‘ tour will kick off on July 6, 2022, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and end on October 8, 2022, in Dallas, Texas. He was supposed to launch the tour last year, but he had to postpone it due to the pandemic. The rocker may add new dates in the following days before hitting the road.
The rocker has been promoting his forthcoming tour nowadays through social media posts. He recently wrote on his Twitter page that the ‘This Is Not A Drill’ tour will be a ‘groundbreaking new rock and roll extravaganza.’ His statement shows that his concerts will present an all-new and inventive production. It looks like he’s coming back with something exciting, and it will be worth waiting for the fans.
