New Arch Enemy vocalist Lauren Hart has shared an emotional message thanking fans for their support since taking over as the band’s frontwoman following Alissa White-Gluz’s exit, as reported by Instagram.
The message focused on the warmth Hart has received from both new and longtime fans as she has stepped into her new role with the band.
“Every time I’ve gotten to meet one of you at the shows and I hear, ‘Welcome to the AE family,’ it truly warms my heart,” Hart said. “I appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for always making me feel so at home.”
Hart went on to acknowledge the fans who have followed her career for a longer period of time.
“And for those who have been with me a long time, thank you for always making me feel so supported!” Hart continued. “Your kind words/comments haven’t gone unnoticed.”
Hart officially joined Arch Enemy after Alissa White-Gluz’s departure from the band.
Hart’s message comes at the tail end of what has been a whirlwind first year with the band. That year included a rapid transition into the lineup and a warm reception from the Arch Enemy fanbase right from the start.
Hart built her name fronting Once Human and Divine Heresy before stepping into the Arch Enemy spotlight. This gave her a well-established background in the heavy metal scene long before she ever took the microphone for her new band.
White-Gluz departed Arch Enemy in late 2025 after more than a decade fronting the melodic death metal outfit. Hart moved in shortly after to fill the void left behind.
Hart made her recorded debut with the band on the track “To The Last Breath,” released in February. The release marked the official start of this new era for Arch Enemy.
Drummer Daniel Erlandsson has spoken about how smoothly the transition went, saying fans embraced Hart “from the first show” she performed with the band.
