Mike Shinoda Responds To Linkin Park Fans’ Criticism About Not Sharing Music-Related Posts

Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda posted a tweet series in which he responded to the fans criticizing him for not sharing posts that are related to music.

Mike Shinoda is a multitalented musician who is a singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer. Apart from playing for Linkin Park since 1996, he also contributed to other artists’ works. Following Chester Bennington’s passing and Linkin Park’s hiatus, Shinoda decided to focus on his solo career and has released new musical content as a solo musician.

Apart from being a musician, Shinoda also has other interests. He is a painter and a graphic designer who shares his artwork on social media with his fans. As seen throughout his Twitter posts, Shinoda is also interested in cryptocurrency. However, according to the musician, fans are somewhat dissatisfied with the contents of his tweets.

As seen in Shinoda’s recent tweet series, fans asked the musician why he doesn’t have a side account for his posts about blockchain and decentralization. In the first one of his tweets, Shinoda said that he sees no reason to do so as he believes that the main focus of society will be shifted towards these topics.

Following that, the musician thanked his fans who are not interested in these topics but still follow him. He then promised them to post about his musical projects as well. However, in the next tweet, Shinoda said that fans will have to listen to his new music using cryptocurrencies in the future.

Mike Shinoda’s tweets read:

“A few people have asked me why I don’t have a separate account for the topics of blockchain & decentralization. It is because our communal online experience seems to be moving in that direction; it will be integrated later, so there’s no reason to separate it now.

In the meantime, thank you to those who are not interested in this topic for your follow. I promise to post about music stuff too.

Just remember later, when you’re listening to my new music NFT you bought, using crypto you earned, by playing a blockchain game in the metaverse, we had to start somewhere.
