Maynard James Keenan’s A Perfect Circle have released a new song, “To Whom It May Concern,” and announced a North American tour. Billy Howerdel and Keenan will launch the tour on April 13 in Vancouver. Stops include Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the Hollywood Bowl.
The band’s announcement gave the tour dates, the supporting acts, and the new single’s release. It also listed the ticket pre-sale and general on-sale details.
“A Perfect Circle 2027 North American Tour. April 13 — June 13,” the band said. “With Puscifer, April 13 to 25. With The Cult, April 27 to June 13.”
The band also confirmed the new single is available.
“New song ‘To Whom It May Concern’ out now,” the band said.
The announcement then outlined the ticket sales schedule.
“APC Pre-sale: September 30 at 10AM local through October 1 at 10PM local,” the band said. “Pre-sale code: PERFECT. General On-sale: October 2 at 10AM local.”
“To Whom It May Concern” is the band’s second new single this year. It follows “Starless,” which arrived in May 2026 and later climbed to No. 1 on Active Rock radio. That success set up the new single and the tour announcement.
The tour opens April 13 at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre in Vancouver. It runs for 32 shows and ends June 13 in Phoenix. Puscifer supports the Canadian dates and the April 25 stop in Detroit. That gives Keenan two sets on those nights. The Cult joins the rest of the U.S. run.
Two of the biggest stops come late in the schedule. The band plays Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Denver on May 27 and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on June 6. The Cult supports both shows.
Howerdel said the radio success made the new release more rewarding.
“It’s exciting to finally get some new music out into the world, and seeing ‘Starless’ reach #1 at rock radio this week has made it even sweeter!” Howerdel said.
