Mammoth WVH’s Wolfgang Van Halen Reacts To Fans Telling Him He’s Releasing Too Many Songs

The founder of Mammoth WVH, Wolfgang Van Halen, recently responded to a fan’s tweet through his Twitter account and expressed his frustration for never being able to make his fans happy while saying that people always find something to complain about, no matter what he does.

As you may recall, Wolf released his debut solo track ‘Distance‘ on November 16, 2020, as a tribute to his father, the guitar legend and cancer warrior Eddie Van Halen, who had passed away a month earlier. The song debuted at No. 1 and achieved mainstream success. Following that, Wolf started working on his solo career and some months ago, he announced that his debut solo album will be released on June 11, 2021.

Prior to the official release of his album, Wolf decided to release six singles and after the release of the first three, during an interview, he’d said that he believes people need more music now as they’re stuck at home. However, it seems like there’s no way of pleasing all fans as he recently received some negative comments from a couple of people who said that he’s given them ‘too much music.’

In his recent tweet, Wold shared the interaction he had with a fan. Apparently, a Facebook user criticized Wolf by saying that he’s ‘already given us over half the album’ to which Wolf responded by saying that 6 out of 14 songs is not ‘over half.’ In his follow-up tweet, he said that while in late 2020 they used to mock him for still not releasing his album, now they’re annoyed he’s released too many songs.

Here’s what the Facebook user said:

Already has given us over half the album.”

To which Wolf responded:

“Ah yes, 6 songs from a 14 song album. That’s definitely over half if you can’t do the math.”

This is what Wolf said in his follow-up tweet:

“I love that we’ve reached a point where THIS is criticism. For the longest time, it was ‘Yo Wolf where the fuck is your album lol Chinese Democracy 2 amirite?’ and now it’s ‘You’re giving us too much music lol.”
