Recently at the Forbes Under 30 Summit at the Cleveland Public Auditorium, a man approached Machine Gun Kelly on stage. Just before the man was removed by security, MGK jumped up from his seat and responded:

“My man, get the f*ck away from me. What are you doing? What are you doing? This is a bad look. Don’t make me do this.”

After the unidentified man was removed from the stage, the singer took his seat to continue with the Q&A session. The ‘Bloody Valentine’ singer immediately apologized for his behavior and said:

“I’m sorry. I try to live in the dichotomy more on this side than the other guy. I left that guy in the past. I’m really sorry. I apologize for my primal reaction.”

Although MGK tried to continue to answer questions, it was clear that he was uneasy about what had just happened on stage. So he expressed:

“My energy is scattered right now … I empathize and feel for the guy. I definitely am an empath.”

Kelly has experienced several situations over the past few months. For instance the singer was approached by a fan at Rock Werchter festival in Belgium. The fan, who came from Mexico to watch the show, requested a punch from the singer, which MGK obliged, and lightly punched the audience member. He even posted on his Instagram account a video of that moment and wrote the caption, ‘Making dreams come true.’
