Lorna Shore has chosen to join Motionless in White’s upcoming North American tour, despite a previous public offer from Slaughter to Prevail’s Alex Terrible to tour together. The announcement was made on Instagram.
Motionless in White revealed their tour plans in an official statement about their summer 2026 lineup.
“It’s finally happening! Our first U.S. headliner in nearly 3 years, and we’re going BIG! Join us this summer for The Sweat And Blood Tour with our friends Lorna Shore, Fit For A King, and Static Dress,” they announced. “New show, new songs, and our first time headlining many of these venues.”
This decision comes after Alex Terrible had previously extended a public invitation to Lorna Shore for potential collaborative touring.
“Our team were discussing the possibility to play shows with Lorna Shore in the U.S., in Europe, in Asia, and Australia,” Alex Terrible had said. “We started to discuss who’s gonna be the headliner. Our team says, ‘You should headline these shows or make a co-headline shows.’ But I really believe Lorna Shore is bigger than us. And I really believe that they sell more tickets. Their fanbase is stronger than ours. I don’t mind to support them. What do you think guys, Lorna Shore?”
The announcement marks a significant milestone for Motionless in White as they prepare for their most ambitious U.S. tour in years.
Live Nation confirmed that the North American tour is promoted by the entertainment giant. It represents the band’s first American headlining tour in nearly three years. The tour kicks off July 14 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. It will conclude August 15 in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
The band expressed their excitement about returning to headline status after an extended period. “By the time this tour begins, it will have been just under three years since our last U.S. headliner, and we are absolutely shooting for the moon to celebrate our return,” Kerrang! reported.
One of the tour’s most notable stops will be at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This marks Motionless in White’s first time headlining the iconic Colorado venue. Loudwire noted that this represents a career milestone for the band as they take on one of America’s most prestigious concert venues.
Fans eager to attend The Sweat And Blood Tour can access tickets through various presales throughout the week. General public sales begin February 6 at 10 a.m. local time. The tour promises to feature new production elements and songs as Motionless in White celebrates their return to headlining major U.S. venues.
