Linkin Park members Joe Hahn and Mike Shinoda expressed their excitement about their upcoming single in a Billboard interview at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
“In my opinion it’s the best song we’ve ever made,” Joe Hahn said about the new track. “In my opinion it’s one of the best videos we’ve ever had,” Mike Shinoda added.
The band will release their new single ‘Up From The Bottom’ on March 27th. The anticipation builds following a series of strategic teasers from the band.
LP Association revealed the band’s creative teaser campaign. The promotion included a post-credits scene in a recent LPTV episode and a hidden MIDI file in an ‘Overflow’ video. The acronym ‘UFTB’ appeared concealed in a filename.
The new single follows the band’s recent milestone releases. Loudwire documented Linkin Park’s late 2024 album ‘From Zero.’ The album featured singles including ‘The Emptiness Machine’ and ‘Heavy Is the Crown.’
Official sources confirmed the band’s extensive tour plans for 2025. The schedule includes multiple dates across several continents to support their recent releases.
The upcoming single ‘Up From The Bottom’ stands separate from their ‘From Zero’ album. This suggests a potential standalone release or the beginning of a new project.
