Joe Perry Shares His Feelings After The Death Of Rupert Neve

Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry revealed his feelings about the passing of Rupert Neve by sharing a new post on his official Instagram account.

Rupert Neve was a pioneering designer of professional audio recording equipment, known for his work on mixing consoles, microphones, preamplifiers, equalizers, and many more. He also earned Technical Grammy Award in 1997.

Additionally, he was picked as the best audio personality of the 20th century by Studio Sound magazine. Unfortunately, Neve passed away two days ago due to pneumonia and heart failure at the age of 94 in Texas, United States.

While Joe was saying that Neve was a legend, he also pointed out the fact that most people don’t know who he is even though he touched so many lives in a good day. In this way, Joe paid his tribute to Neve and prayed for his soul.

Here is what Joe Perry said:

“His legend and genius lives on in uncountable recordings of music in every genre. Amazing how one man can touch so many lives in a good way and yet most people wont know who he is… but we do! Rest in peace.”
