Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, known as Halsey, recently released her new album, ‘If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power,’ featuring a collaboration with Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl.

‘If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power’ is the fourth studio album of Halsey that was announced earlier in late June, and the record was just recently released. It features songs such as ‘I Am Not a Woman, I’m a God,’ ‘The Tradition,’ and more.

One of the best songs in this record is ‘Honey,’ a three-minute-long track featuring Dave Grohl’s iconic drumming. In order not to spoil anything, Halsey hadn’t given credit to Dave before its release in order not to spoil anything.

The song starts with Dave’s drumming and the bass guitar, following Halsey’s sweet voice, which comes in the fifteenth second. When the song marks 1:50 minutes, there is a comforting piano solo coming up. Then, the song continues with the chorus part.

Yesterday, Halsey also revealed that ‘Honey’ is one of her two favorite songs from this album on her official Twitter account. In addition to that, Halsey explained that the song tells the story of a wild girl.

Halsey talked about her favorite songs:

“Also, my favorite song isn’t in the movie.”

After a Twitter user asked about the ‘Honey’ song, Halsey replied:

“Oh shit my two favorite songs LMAO.”

One of the fans asked the story of this song, and Halsey revealed:

“A wild girl.”
