Falling In Reverse have surpassed Sleep Token in monthly Spotify listeners by more than double, according to a report from Rock Feed. Frontman Ronnie Radke has responded to the news and the fan discussion that followed.
As of Wednesday, Falling In Reverse sit at 10,746,609 monthly listeners on Spotify, compared to Sleep Token’s 5,068,795. The jump follows the release of “Joseph,” the band’s new single featuring Corey Taylor and Serj Tankian. The song debuted at No. 51 on Spotify’s global chart with 1.8 million first-day streams and has since passed 11 million plays.
“Joseph” marks Falling In Reverse’s first new single in over a year. It is also the first time Taylor and Tankian have appeared on a song together. Back in July 2025, Ronnie Radke wrote on X, “I out stream and sell both of them,” referring to Sleep Token and Ghost.
The news drew mixed reactions from fans in the comment section. One fan commented, “Its literally just because of Corey and Serj.” Another wrote, “Numbers are inflated. They will peak and drop. Sleep Token’s music is better quality so IDGAF.”
Radke weighed in on the discussion directly in the comments section. “Arguing over this in the comments is so embarrassing, my God,” Radke said. “Who gives a f* hahaha.”
The momentum behind “Joseph” has only continued to build since its release, further widening the gap between the two bands. The track has now climbed past 14.4 million plays on Spotify, well beyond the 11 million mark noted earlier in the week.
“Joseph” also landed as Spotify’s No. 1 global debut for the September 18-20 window and topped Billboard’s Hot Hard Rock Songs chart.
On Sleep Token’s end, the band’s Spotify numbers show 5 million monthly listeners against 3.4 million followers.
