Dino Cazares isn’t interested in joining the Burton C. Bell And Christian Olde Wolbers drama.

Cazares recently posted about his appearance at the NAMM Show on X. Mentioning the show, a fan replied with a screenshot of Wolbers’ recent Instagram post with Burton C. Bell. “Talking about NAMM, I saw something unbelievable today,” they wrote along with the screenshot.

A user commented on the post, “After all the nonsense of suing the guy and bankrupting him, you come up with this? You should be ashamed.”

However, Cazares wasn’t bothered. “I wish them continued success. As you can see, I’ve moved forward and I’m focused on the future growth of Fear Factory,” he responded to the post.

The rocker earlier explained that after rejoining Fear Factory in 2009, the band faced complications from past legal battles. According to him, Wolbers and drummer Raymond Herrera filed lawsuits against him and Bell over unpaid money, making it difficult for the original members to reunite.

Cazares addressed a common misconception in an interview. “One of the biggest misconceptions is that people thought that I sued Burton, but that’s not true. It was Raymond and Christian who sued us individually. We had separate lawsuits. They sued us separately so they can get separate money,” he said. “So if they would have won my lawsuit, I would have had to give them a million dollars.”

“I won my lawsuit against them. I didn’t owe them anything. But, actually, Burton filed for bankruptcy, and when he filed for bankruptcy, he tried to get out of paying those guys. And, unfortunately, he lied in his bankruptcy. That’s a federal offense. Raymond and Christian took him back to court, made him open up the bankruptcy. The bankruptcy was null and void. So Burton had to pay back those guys, and they took all of Burt’s assets,” he added.

Earlier, Wolbers reacted on Instagram to Loudwire’s article titled ‘Dino Cazares Breaks Down Exactly Why Fear Factory Reunion Won’t Happen.’ He posted laughing emojis and commented ‘bullsh*t.’
