David Crosby Says He Doesn’t Want To Be Like Jeff Bezos
CSNY icon David Crosby posted a tweet to target Amazon founder Jeff Bezos once again by highlighting that he wants to be known for his achievements and good personality like the former American president Jimmy Carter, not like Bezos.
As you may recall, David Crosby previously criticized millionaires such as Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Amazon’s Jeff Bezos for not paying their income taxes after many journalists reported their secret formula to avoid taxes. Their secret was using the stock incomes not to pay the majority of their taxes for years.
Crosby drew attention to their trick and slammed Musk and Bezos by sharing a post on his official Twitter account. He stated that they should be paying taxes regularly like all American citizens. However, David didn’t fail to mention that they are visionaries who have been working for humanity but still accused them of setting a bad example for young entrepreneurs.
In one of his latest tweets, David Crosby compared the 39th president of the United States and Nobel Peace Prize awarded politician, Jimmy Carter, to businessperson Jeff Bezos. He said that he wishes to be remembered as a good man like the former president Carter, not like Bezos, who has allegedly been using tricks not to pay his income taxes.
In Crosby’s words, he wrote:
“I look at the old guys and what they leave behind. I want to be like Jimmy Carter, not Jeff Bezos.“
