Corey Taylor Starts Long Awaited CMFT Tour, Keeps Promise To Perform Slipknot And Stone Sour Songs

Stone Sour and Slipknot’s lead vocalist, Corey Taylor, recently kicked off his long-awaited CMFT Tour and mesmerized fans with his great live performances, and luckily, some fans were there to record him and his backing band.
As you know, besides his successful career with Slipknot and Stone Sour, Corey started pursuing a career as a solo artist. On October 2, 2020, he released his debut solo album CMFT, which was highly appreciated by both his fans and critics. In mid-March, he’d announced his upcoming concert dates, and most of the shows were sold out in just a few weeks.
On Monday, May 17, Taylor gave the first two ‘dine-out concerts’ at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Ariz. He kept his promise and performed Stone Sour and Slipknot material besides his new tracks and also sang cover songs such as Pink Floyd’s ‘In The Flesh.’ If you are one of the people who’ve missed the first two shows, you can watch some of the videos shot by his fans below.
