Corey Taylor Announces His Debut Solo Tour In 2022

Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor posted a recent tweet to announce his 2022 solo tour dates that will also mark his debut tour as a solo musician.
Apart from his career with Slipknot and Stone Sour, Corey Taylor is also a successful solo musician. Throughout his career as a solo artist, he contributed to various music acts such as Soulfly, Apocalyptica, Damageplan, Steel Panther, Code Orange, Anthrax, and Dream Theater.
Back on January 13, 2009, Taylor revealed that he has been working on a solo album that will consist of songs that don’t fit either Slipknot’s or Stone Sour’s sounds. Following that, he continued getting on the stage and recording music materials with various artists.
Taylor released his debut solo album titled ‘CMFT’ on October 2, 2020, after putting out the first two singles from the album named ‘Black Eyes Blue’ and ‘CMFT Must Be Stopped’ on July 29, 2020. The next day following the release of ‘CMFT,’ Taylor also hinted at a follow-up album to ‘CMFT,’ possibly titled ‘CMFT2.’
In one of his recent tweets, Corey Taylor excited his fans by revealing that he is going on a solo tour in October 2022, with shows at London Palladium on October 17, at Hull Bonus Arena on October 19, and at Swansea Arena on October 24. As it seems, his wife Alicia Taylor’s dance group Cherry Bombs will also accompany the singer during the tour.
Corey Taylor’s tweet read:
“The UK, it’s been almost three years, but I’m finally bringing the party to you! Tickets for October shows with Cherry Bombs go on sale Friday, so don’t miss it!”
