Alicia Taylor addressed the Reddit rumor about Corey Taylor and his ex-wife.
“The grossest and weirdest rumors I’ve seen about things I personally know about have been on reddit,” she wrote in his tweet. “I get it’s anonymous, but it sure does give a platform to people who love the ego stroke and attention from fabricating a narrative out of thin air for funsies.”
“Most of it is purely laughable and easy to ignore because it’s that stupid, but I’ve seen some damaging bullsh*t that is intended to harm. Sometimes it gains traction, sometimes it doesn’t. In the end, it’s all psycho behavior,” Alicia added in a follow-up post.

She didn’t explain what was the rumor on Reddit but fans in the comment section talked about it. One wrote, “I seen a reddit story lately everyone was thinking it was Corey’s ex-wife. Op went on a date she found out later was a mega fan of her ex-husband. And the guy knew she was the ex. Super creepy. It was anonymous but the ex-husband is a famous metal musician.”

The Slipknot frontman has been married twice. He married Scarlett in 2004, and they divorced in 2007. He then married Stephanie Luby in 2009, and they had a daughter before separating in 2017.
“I deal with the fact that for f*cking eight years, I was married to the wrong woman and it sucked,” Taylor previously told Metal Hammer about his latest marriage. “It was a very toxic relationship and it ate a part of me that I don’t know if I’ll ever get back.”
He also reflected on whether he regretted that relationship, “I can’t regret it because we have a daughter together and I think at this point we both realised that it was a big mistake. It ended very ugly, but we both love our daughter and because of that we’re able to communicate and we try to keep a lot of that away from her.”
On April 7, 2019, Corey announced on Instagram that he got engaged to Alicia. They married on October 6, 2019.
