Wolf Van Halen Clarifies If He Will Include Van Halen Songs In His Guitar Lesson Videos
Former Van Halen bassist Wolfgang Van Halen shared a post on his official Twitter page announcing that he’s going to be doing online lessons on how to play his songs when a fan reminded him of his statement in the past about the project, however, Wolfgang also stated that the lessons are not going to include Van Halen songs.
Recently, a fan shared a post on Twitter reminding Wolfgang Van Halen of the time when he shared a post announcing that he’s going to be posting guitar lessons on how to play the songs in his upcoming album along with two released singles, ‘Distance,’ and ‘You’re to Blame.’
Here is what the fan said:
“Wait wait I have a question. I remember you saying you’d be posting lessons on how to play the songs on the guitar or something (sorry I can’t remember correctly) if not will you be making tabs for you’re to blame and whatever other songs that are on the album, thanks”
After seeing his fan’s post, Wolfgang Van Halen shared a tweet on his official Twitter page revealing that he still has the same plan, however, he wants to make these lessons properly with separate videos about guitar and bass guitar stating that he’s not sure about teaching drums.
Here is what Wolfgang said:
“I definitely plan on doing this at some point just not immediately! I wanna make sure I do em right. I’d probably make separate guitar lesson videos and separate bass lesson videos. Drums I’m not so sure how to teach so I think I’ll just stick with guitar/bass lol Sound alright?”
Knowing that some fans are definitely going to ask for Van Halen songs once he starts to share the videos, therefore, Wolfgang stated right away that he’s not planning on doing Van Halen lessons, however, after finishing all the MammothWVH songs, he might consider giving bass guitar lessons for Van Halen‘s twelfth and final studio album, ‘A Different Kind of Truth.’
Here is what he said:
“…and to nip it in the bud, NO I won’t do VH lessons. Maybe when I’m done doing the MammothWVH tunes I can do bass lessons for ADKOT stuff.”
